Privacy Policy

The current version of Are You OK is an on-device lifestyle reminder and daily note app. It does not require an account, upload trusted contact details, or include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
Information Stored by the App
The current version stores information mainly on your device, including nickname, trusted contact name, email address, phone number, check-in history, Today Bit notes, language choice, and reminder settings. This information is used to show your check-in state, schedule local reminders, create message drafts, and display your private timeline.
How the Information Is Used
- Show your check-in state, streak, and total count.
- Save and display Today Bit notes and your local timeline.
- Remember the app display language you choose in Settings.
- Schedule local notifications based on your reminder settings.
- Create email, SMS, or share-sheet check-in message drafts.
- Support Siri or Shortcuts check-in actions.
Trusted Contacts and Messages
You can enter a trusted contact's email address or phone number in the app. The current version does not automatically send SMS or email messages and does not silently contact anyone in the background. Messages are opened as drafts in the system interface, and you manually confirm sending.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, the app requests iOS notification permission and schedules local notifications on your device. You can turn notifications off in the app or in iOS Settings at any time.
What the App Does Not Do
- It does not collect precise location.
- It does not read your address book.
- It does not upload trusted contact details to a server.
- It does not include advertising tracking.
- It does not replace emergency, medical, caregiving, or safety monitoring services.
Deleting Data
Because the current version stores data mainly on your device, deleting the app removes the locally stored app data from that device. If future versions add accounts or cloud sync, this policy will be updated with the relevant data deletion options.
Children's Privacy
Are You OK is not designed to collect personal information from children. The current version does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

Are You OK / 还好吗当前版本是本机生活提醒和每日小记录工具，不需要账号，不上传联系人，不接入广告或第三方分析。昵称、联系人、打卡记录、今日小活、语言选择和提醒设置主要保存在你的设备本机。可选 Pro 订阅由 Apple App Store 处理购买、续订和取消。
邮件、短信和分享内容都会先生成草稿，由你在系统界面中手动确认发送。还好吗不是紧急救援、医疗服务、安全监控或定位服务。
